Materials:

  • medium weight 4 yarn (I used Bernat Camouflage in Pink.)
  • G hook
  • yarn needle

Notes:

1. My gloves were 35 stitches from top to bottom. Chain any length + 2 for a turning chain.

2. My thumb hole is made at row 12. If you need to have a wider piece for your hand, just add width in the Rows 2-11 area. You can also adjust where along that row your thumb hole is. Just follow the pattern within the [ and ] for the hole.

3. Row 19 is the decorative V-stitch row. To adjust where that lays on your hand, you can add width in the Rows 13-18 and Rows 20-23 area.

4. Rows 1-12 (or your adjusted width) should be equal to the side of your palm to the thumb hole. Rows 12-23 should be equal to the thumb hole across the back of your hand to the side. The decorative row should be along the center of the back of your hand.
